Breast milk provides real health benefits for children in the first two years of life and thereafter. So that it can determine the intelligence of a nation's generation. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence breastfeeding for newborns in the delivery room at PKU Muhammadiyah Mojoagung Hospital, Jombang Regency. The research method is correlation analysis with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample used were all mothers who gave birth by SC at the PKU Muhammadiyah Mojoagung Hospital in June 2023, totaling 40 respondents. Data collection instruments used questionnaires and observations. Statistical test Simple Logistic Regression Test. The results of the research are that there is the most dominant factor that influences breastfeeding in newborns with p value = 0.045 (< 0.05). The largest OR value for the Family Support variable is 17.923, which means that Family Support has a 17.923 chance of influencing breastfeeding for newborns. The conclusion is that the family support provided by the family to the mother will increase the mother's motivation and enthusiasm in providing early breast milk to newborns, thereby increasing the success of exclusive breastfeeding, and health workers can also play an important role in achieving successful early breastfeeding in newborn baby.
2025-03-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Ilmiah Kebidanan (Scientific Journal of Midwifery)https://journal.stikespemkabjombang.ac.id/index.php/jikeb/article/view/2082Motivasi Dan Sikap WUS Dengan Deteksi Dini Kanker Serviks Pada Pemeriksaan IVA Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tambang Ulang2025-03-05T11:56:06+07:00Maisarah[email protected]Ika Friscila[email protected]Melviani[email protected]Novita Dewi Iswandari[email protected]
Cervical cancer is a very serious health problem and is of worldwide concern. Network visualization and co-occurrence analysis were conducted to identify publication patterns, keyword trends, and research interconnections.Eight main clusters were identified, including obstetric violence, pregnancy coercion, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on GBV. Research publications have increased significantly since 2018, with a major surge during the pandemic. Countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, India, and South Africa dominate research in this field, while WHO plays a crucial role in policy interventions. The findings confirm that GBV during pregnancy is not only a health issue but also a social and global policy concern. Based on a preliminary study of 5 mothers giving birth, it was found that 4 mothers who were going to give birth could not withstand the pain, so the pain became stronger. Self Healing is a way to fight negativity by saying positive affirmation words to the mother so that the mother feels better and more comfortable. This study aims to determine the Effect of Self Healing on the Level of Labor Pain in the First Active Phase of Primigravida at TPMB Naning Widayanti, S.Keb. The type of research is Quasi Experiment with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The study population was 37 people, with a sample size of 34 people according to the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique used Acidental Sampling. Before the intervention was given, a pretest was conducted to measure the level of pain using the Numerica Rating Scale, then self-healing intervention was given with positive sentences/affirmations when pain arose for 5 minutes until the opening was 8 cm, then the level of pain was measured again in the post-test. The results of the study obtained before being given Self Healing were that some of the severe pain levels were controlled (47.0%), while after being given Self Healing, some of the mild pain levels were (50%). The results of the Wilcoxon Test p = 0.000, so it was concluded that there was an effect of self-healing on the level of labor pain during the first active phase of primigravida.
