Hubungan Tingkat Kualitas Pelayanan Farmasi Dengan Kepuasan Pasien

Kualitas layanan, penyedia farmasi, dan ketersediaan obat menentukan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit (IFRS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas layanan farmasi dan kepuasan pasien. Metode: Metodologi tinjauan cakupan digunakan, yang terdiri dari lima langkah utama: (1) mengidentifikasi pertanyaan penelitian, (2) mengidentifikasi studi yang relevan, (3) memilih studi, (4) mengekstraksi data, dan (5) menyusun, meringkas, dan melaporkan hasilnya. Pencarian komprehensif dilakukan di Google Scholar dan PubMed, menghasilkan total 16.226 artikel. Setelah penyaringan judul dan abstrak secara menyeluruh, 20 artikel teks lengkap dinilai kelayakannya. Akhirnya, lima studi dipilih untuk analisis dan sintesis terperinci. Hasil: Analisis literatur yang dipilih menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan farmasi memengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan: Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan farmasi akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan farmasi yang kuat dan positif mungkin menjadi salah satu kunci untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.
