INTERVENSI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEPATUHAN PEMBATASAN CAIRAN PADA KLIEN HEMODIALISIS: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS
Interventions to Increase the Adherence of Fluid Restrictions in Hemodialysis Clients: A Systematic Review

Pendahuluan: Pembatasan cairan pada klien yang menjalani hemodialisis memiliki persentase ketidakpatuhan berkisar antara 10%-60%. Kepatuhan yang rendah menyebabkan komplikasi seperti penyakit jantung, gangguan fungsi kognitif, peningkatan rawat inap dan kematian. Tujuan: Tujuannya adalah untuk mengevaluasi intervensi yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada klien yang menjalani hemodialisis. Metode: Menggunakan database elektronik termasuk Scopus, ProQuest, dan SpringerLink 2009-2019, menggabungkan intervensi, peningkatan, kepatuhan, cairan, pembatasan, hemodialisis sebagai kata kunci pencarian dan 257 artikel yang diambil. Menggunakan kata kunci yang cocok 15 artikel ditentukan untuk menjadi tinjauan sistematis. Hasil: Intervensi psikososial dengan pendekatan perilaku merupakan intervensi yang paling sering digunakan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada klien hemodialisis. Diskusi: Intervensi psikososial yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan perubahan perilaku dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan diet dan manajemen cairan dan pasien menunjukkan parameter hemodinamik dan biokimia yang stabil. Kondisi hemodinamik yang stabil dan indikator biokimiawi menunjukkan status fisik pasien yang baik. Kesimpulan: Intervensi psikososial efektif sebagai intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada klien yang menjalani hemodialisis.
