Abstract

Pendahuluan: Supervisi dalam keperawatan ditujukan untuk mengarahkan perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan model supervise kepala ruangan dengan motivasi perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap RSUD Syech Yusuf Sungguminasa. Metode: Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan tanggal 6 sampai dengan 30 mei  2015 di RSUD Syech Yusuf Sungguminasa.Sampel adalah perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUD Syech Yusuf dengan jumlah sampel 55 orang dengan tehnik  purposive sampling. Hasil uji statistic bivariat chi-square menunjukkan hasil terdapat hubungan bermakna model supervisi kepala ruangan dengan motivasi perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan, yaitu dilihat dari aspek normatif, formatif dan restoratif. Rekomendasi untuk manajemen keperawatan diharapkan selalu meningkatkan kemampuan supervisi kepala ruangan ,motivasi perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan termasuk pendokumentasian.
