Pendahuluan: Ketidakpastian berakhirnya pandemi Covid-19, mengharuskan kita untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisi baru, prasyarat baru (social and physical distancing), tatanan baru (fisik, sosial dan kesehatan), dengan mempersiapkan protokol new normal order. Permasalahan ini menjadi permasalahan prioritas dalam masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Lonjakan angka kesakitan dan kematian merupakan ancaman nyata bagi masyarakat. Berbagai upaya untuk menekan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat Covid-19, diantaranya adalah dengan menerapkan kehidupan normal yang baru, protokol kesehatan serta vaksinasi. Tujuan: Mengetahui adaptasi masyarakat pada era new normal pasca pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Garuda Bandung. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan one grup pre and post test. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh masyarakat Maleber yang berusia 17 tahun berjumlah 158 orang dan penghitungan sampel yang akan dihitung berdasarkan G Power minimal 100 orang yang akan dibagi menjadi 10 kelompok dalam FGD. Pengambilan sampel dengan Teknik probability sampling.Alat pengumpul data menggunakan kuesioner dan checklist. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase dari tingkat adaptasi baik sebelum maupun sesudah FGD, serta analisis pengaruh menggunakan Chi-square. Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis bivariat terdapat hubungan antara FGD dengan tingkat adaptasi yang baik.P-valus (0,000).Variabel yang berhubungan dengan FGD yaitu tingkat adaptasi yang baik. Kesimpulan: Metode Focus Grup Discusion (FGD) memberikan pengalaman yang dengan berbagai stimulus, diantaranya dengan melihat, mendengar, serta berfikir diharapkan dapat meningkatkan adaptasi masyarakat terhadap era new normal pasca pandemi covid-19
