Perburukan kondisi pasien di rawat inap dapat diprediksi dengan menggunakan Early Warning Score (EWS). Urgensi penelitian ini adalah dampak implementasi EWS terhadap outcome pasien masih belum bisa dipastikan pada berbagai populasi termasuk pasien bedah dan non bedah yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Outcome Pasien Bedah dan Non-Bedah di IGD Berdasarkan EWS. Metode penelitiannya adalah restrospektif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh rekam medik pasien di IGD 3 bulan terakhir dengan kriteria sampel yang ditetapkan mengunakan purposive consecutive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah terkait dengan data demografi, monitor EWS dan outcome pasien. Pelaksanaan penelitian dibantu oleh enumeurator. Data dianlisis secara univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat dengan Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak terdapat korelasi anatar pasien bedah dan non bedah dengan nilai EWS, tetapi terdapat korelasi antara nilai EWS dengan outcome pasien. Sistem EWS perlu diterapkan secara konsisten pada seluruh pasien untukmendeteksi dini perburukan klinis sehingga mendapatkan penatalaksanaan yang tepat.
