Tren penelitian self-directed learning readiness pada pendidikan keperawatan dan profesi kesehatan: analisis bibliometrik

Self-Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) merupakan kompetensi penting dalam pendidikan keperawatan dan profesi kesehatan. Seiring meningkatnya jumlah publikasi terkait SDLR, diperlukan pemetaan penelitian secara sistematis untuk memahami perkembangan dan fokus kajian yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian SDLR pada pendidikan keperawatan dan profesi kesehatan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain bibliometrik dengan menganalisis artikel yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2015 – 2025 dan diindeks dalam basis data Scopus. Pencarian dilakukan menggunakan kombinasi kata kunci terkait SDLR dan pendidikan keperawatan serta profesi kesehatan. Analisis data meliputi tren publikasi tahunan, distribusi negara dan penulis, jejaring kolaborasi, serta analisis klaster tematik menggunakan perangkat lunak Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa publikasi SDLR mengalami fluktuasi dengan kecenderungan meningkat pada beberapa tahun terakhir. Kontribusi penelitian masih didominasi oleh negara dan penulis tertentu, dengan kolaborasi lintas institusi dan wilayah yang relatif terbatas. Analisis tematik menunjukkan bahwa penelitian SDLR terutama berfokus pada pengukuran kesiapan belajar mandiri dan konteks pendidikan keperawatan, sementara tema terkait pengembangan instrumen dan perluasan konteks profesi kesehatan masih terbatas.
