Stroke non-hemoragik adalah penyebab utama kecacatan, seringkali menyebabkan gangguan gerak tiba-tiba yang dapat memperburuk ketidakstabilan tekanan darah dan meningkatkan risiko komplikasi serius karena gerakan pasien yang terbatas di ruang ICU. Laporan kasus ini menjelaskan cara mengobati pasien stroke non-hemoragik yang mengalami gangguan gerak dan tekanan darah yang tidak stabil. Metode yang digunakan adalah penanganan satu kasus pasien stroke non-hemoragik yang dirawat di ICU. Intervensi utama termasuk memberikan mobilisasi dini, seperti latihan gerakan aktif pasif, mengubah posisi setiap dua jam, dan menempatkan kepala pasien 30 derajat ke atas, disertai dengan pemantauan tekanan darah yang ketat. Hasil perawatan tiga hari menunjukkan bahwa persendian masih fleksibel, kulit tidak terluka, tekanan darah stabil, dan tingkat kesadaran pasien meningkat, meskipun kekuatan otot tidak menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah bahwa mobilisasi pasif dini dapat dilakukan dengan aman dan efektif pada pasien stroke non-hemoragik dengan tekanan darah yang tidak stabil, untuk mencegah komplikasi akibat gerakan terbatas selama pemantauan ketat. Studi ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi perawat dalam menangani pasien stroke kritis yang memiliki tekanan darah tidak stabil di ICU.
