Pendahuluan: Perkembangan teknologi digital menghadirkan tantangan psikososial bagi remaja seperti cyberbullying, konflik daring, dan tekanan media sosial yang dapat memengaruhi kemampuan adaptasi. Resiliensi psikososial menjadi aspek penting dalam menghadapi tekanan tersebut, dengan keluarga sebagai faktor protektif melalui fungsi sosialisasi dan dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan fungsi sosialisasi keluarga dan dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi psikososial remaja dalam menghadapi bencana sosial digital Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 66 siswa SMP Muhammadiyah Paleran yang dipilih menggunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen resiliensi psikososial remaja, fungsi sosialisasi keluarga, dan dukungan keluarga, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil: Dukungan keluarga berhubungan signifikan dengan resiliensi psikososial remaja, sedangkan fungsi sosialisasi keluarga tidak berhubungan signifikan. Model menjelaskan 8,8% variasi resiliensi remaja . Kesimpulan: Dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor protektif utama dalam meningkatkan resiliensi psikososial remaja. Perawat keluarga dan komunitas dapat mengembangkan intervensi berbasis keluarga melalui penguatan komunikasi suportif, edukasi digital parenting, dan peningkatan kapasitas keluarga dalam mendukung kesehatan mental remaja.
