Memori jangka pendek berperan penting dalam proses belajar anak usia sekolah karena memungkinkan penyimpanan dan pemrosesan informasi secara sementara. Keterbatasan kapasitas memori jangka pendek dapat memengaruhi konsentrasi, pemahaman, dan prestasi akademik. Terapi Bermain Kognitif (Cognitive Play Therapy/CPT) merupakan intervensi berbasis bermain terstruktur yang dirancang untuk menstimulasi fungsi kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Terapi Bermain Kognitif terhadap peningkatan memori jangka pendek pada anak usia sekolah di SD Negeri Sepang, Kota Serang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan rancangan one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel terdiri atas anak usia sekolah yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Memori jangka pendek diukur menggunakan Digit Span Test sebelum dan sesudah pemberian tiga sesi Terapi Bermain Kognitif. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terapi Bermain Kognitif meningkatkan memori jangka pendek secara konsisten pada seluruh responden dan menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Terapi Bermain Kognitif efektif meningkatkan memori jangka pendek pada anak usia sekolah. Intervensi ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi stimulasi kognitif oleh perawat kesehatan masyarakat, perawat sekolah, dan perawat anak untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
