Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan. Perbedaan klinis antara stroke hemoragik dan non-hemoragik, khususnya pada status kesadaran dan hemodinamik, menjadi penting dikenali sebagai dasar penanganan awal di IGD. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan status kesadaran dan nadi antara pasien stroke hemoragik dan non-hemoragik, penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik komparatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 313 pasien stroke yang diambil dari data rekam medis pasien selama di IGD pada Januari–Mei 2025. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney, hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada status kesadaran (p=0,000), sedangkan denyut nadi tidak ada perbedaan signifikan (p=0,515). Rerata GCS pasien stroke hemoragik lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan non-hemoragik. Sedangkan rerata nadi pada pasien hemoragik lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan non-hemoragik. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan status kesadaran dan nadi antara kedua jenis stroke. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penilaian awal yang komprehensif untuk menunjang diagnosis dan intervensi segera di IGD.
