EFEKTIVITAS JALUR KLINIS TERINTEGRASI TERHADAP LAMA HARI RAWAT DAN BIAYA PADA PASIEN PASCA OPERASI: TINJAUAN LITERATUR

ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan : Cara yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada pasien tanpa menambah biaya adalah dengan mengurangi variasi pelayanan yang dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan integrated clinical pathway, sebagai standar protokol keperawatan berdasarkan pedoman admisi, diagnosis admisi, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, perawatan, bimbingan diet, pendidikan kesehatan, dan perencanaan kembali. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana integrated clinical pathway dapat menurunkan lama rawat inap (LOS) di rumah sakit dan biaya pengobatan (COST) pada pasien pasca operasi.
Metode : Basis data yang digunakan dalam metode pencarian jurnal pada penilaian ruang lingkup adalah Google Scholar, Pubmed, Proquest, dan Secondary Search melalui penelusuran hasil publikasi ilmiah. Ulasan cakupan ini berfokus pada penerapan jalur klinis terintegrasi dalam mengurangi lama tinggal (LOS) di rumah sakit dan biaya perawatan (COST) pada pasien pasca operasi.
Hasil : Sepuluh artikel yang diidentifikasi menunjukkan penggunaan yang efektif dari jalur klinis terpadu untuk mengurangi lama tinggal (LOS) dan biaya rumah sakit (COST) pada pasien pasca operasi, selain itu tingkat penerimaan kembali dalam waktu 30 hari juga berkurang dan kepuasan pasien meningkat.
Diskusi : Tinjauan literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan jalur klinis terintegrasi dapat mengurangi lama tinggal dan biaya rumah sakit serta mengurangi penerimaan kembali dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien pasca operasi.
