Abstrak: Gangguan neurologis yang sering terjadi dan menjadi keluhan utama pasca stroke yaitu turunnya kemampuan motorik maupun sensorik. Sehingga pasien menghindari aktivitas fisik yang menyebabkan terjadinya fatigue. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi instrumen pengukuran fatigue pada pasien pasca stroke yang di gunakan pada pelayanan terhadap kesehatan pasien stroke di berbagai negara maju dan berkembang dan mengidentifikasi komponen dalam instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengukur fatigue pasca stroke.
Penelitian dengan literature review, hasil letrature review terdapat ada 6 istrumen fatigue pada stroke antara lain : Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), Fatigue Scale for Motor and Cognitive Functions (FSMC), Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS), Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), Fatigue Assessment Inventory (FAI), Fatigue Questionaire.
Dengan melakukan pengukuran fatigue kita mampu menilai kelelahan yang dialami oleh pasien secara obyektif mengingat kelelahan cenderung pada pendapat yang bersifat subyektif. Selain itu gejala fatigue memiliki penyebab yang bermacam-macam sehingga dibutuhkan alat ukur yang tentunya telah divalidasi sesuai dengan penyebab yang menyertai gejala fatigue
