Abstract

ABSTRAK

Latar belakang : Asuhan keperawatan spiritual di rumah sakit merupakan komponen penting perawatan paliatif yang tidak bisa diabaikan dalam proses penyembuhan  pasien, namun pada pelaksanaannya kurang mendapat perhatian. Kurangnya kolaborasi perawat dengan rohaniawan,  keberadaan  rohaniawan di ruangan perawatan bukan karena rujukan perawat tapi berdasarkan permintaan pasien dan  keluarga.  Terkadang keberadaan  mereka karena kebijakan manajemen rumah sakit, sehingga hal ini mempengaruhi efektifitas keperawatan spiritual di rumah sakit. Tujuan : Mengidentifikasi kolaborasi perawat-rohaniawan dalam penerapan asuhan keperawatan spiritual di rumah sakit. Metode : Menggunakan metode scoping review yang disusun berdasarkan panduan dari JBI penelusuran literatur yang dilakukan melalui database pubmed, proquest, ebscohost, science direct, clinical for nursing, garuda, dan pencarian sekunder dengan populasi artikel yang berfokus pada kolaborasi perawat dan rohaniawan dalam penerapan keperawatan spiritual di rumah sakit dengan batasan pencarian 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil : 11 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, didapatkan bahwa 11 artikel tentang kolaborasi perawat-rohaniawan dalam penerapan keperawatan spiritual di rumah sakit dari 11 artikel tersebut menjelaskan bentuk pelaksanaan rujukan perawat ke rohaniawan, hasil yang didapatkan lebih banyak menjelaskan kolaborasi perawat-rohaniawan pada kasus masalah pasien dengan kondisi kritis menghadapi kematian, khususnya mulai fase intervensi sampai perencanaan. Namun dari kelima bentuk kolaborasi dari fase pengkajian belum ada yang menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk kolaborasi pada fase tersebut secara langsung. Temuan lain didapatkan dari empat karakteristik spiritual, fase bagaimana hubungan dengan alam tidak ditemukan artikel yang menjelaskan bagaimana kolaborasi perawat dan rohaniawan. Kesimpulan : kondisi-kondisi pasien untuk dirujuk ke rohaniawan harus mempertimbangkan kode etik profesi, pentingnya mendatangkan/menyediakan rohaniawan di ruangan pelayanan di rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi dan rujukan spiritual. Kedepan diharapkan ada penelitian yang membahas kolaborasi dengan rohaniawan pada fase awal pengkajian agar asuhan spiritual yang diberikan lebih baik  dan efektif.
